Ambassador Offers Remarks at Capital Club
Ambassador Adam Ereli offered a keynote address entitled "Stability and Prosperity in the Region - the Outlook for 2010" at an invite-only event at the Bahrain Capital Club on October 26.
Ambassador Ereli said, "One of our challenges, as policymakers and leaders in business, is to look to the future, make the best possible assessment of the issues that may impact our societies, and decide how we can act collectively to address them."
During his presentation, Ambassador Ereli highlighted several areas in which the Obama administration is working to bolster regional security. He also discussed several global challenges of growing importance in the coming decades. The keynote address was followed by an open discussion about the current events in the region.
