Ambassador Ereli Hostes an Iftar at his Residence

 

The US Ambassador Mr. Adam Ereli hosted an Iftar at his residence yesterday in honor of visiting American Muslim scholar Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf.  Imam Abdul Rauf is Chairman of the Cordoba Initiative, which aims to improve Muslim-West relations.  He will give lectures and hold discussions on interfaith dialogue: Islam and the West on October 8-11, 2007.  At the event were government officials, academics, journalists, and businessmen.
