Universities Student Councils Digital Video Conference
The US Embassy invited nine members from Royal University for Women and NYIT University Student Councils to hold a digital videoconference (DVC) with four members of U.S. university student councils from American University and Georgetown University in Washington, DC. Students exchanged information and experiences on topics such as the role of student councils in promoting student activities, student advocacy, relations with university and government officials, the impact of student councils on university policies, and fund raising strategies.
