Shaping the Way We Teach English:
Successful Practices Around the World uses a constructivist, inquiry-based approach, giving viewers opportunities to adapt materials to their local context. It incorporates authentic classroom scenes and interviews with teachers not only in the US but from countries such as Costa Rica, Egypt, and Thailand where EFL is taught as well.
Six educators from Bahrain participated in an online training course on how to use Shaping the Way We Teach English and since then they have been training their colleagues on how to use it successfully to develop their skills as teachers.
